Wonderful 1990 Shelia's House.  This is a hard to find house depicting the Heyward Washington house in Charleston, South Carolina.   This house was the home of Thomas Heyward Jr., who signed the Declaration of Independence.  This house is made of wood and dated.   It is about 5.25" high.  There are some faint light scuffs on top of house, and a few small white spots on back of house.   It would look great on display!

Seller’s eBay Philosophy:

Friendly, nice, and honest seller with ***** FIVE STAR ***** customer service and great vintage finds seeks friendly, nice and honest buyers for a pleasant and easy transaction!

The Smoke-Free/Pet-Free Question:

My home is smoke-free, but I do have pets, who frequently inspect my packing process! Unless otherwise noted, all my items come from auctions, estate sales, flea markets, etc. and I do not know if they have always been in a smoke-free environment.

Return Policy:

I examine items carefully and list honestly. If you find any flaws that were not mentioned in listing, please just let me know and I will be happy to work with you about a return/refund. (Buyer returns the item, carefully packed, and receives refund of original Paypal payment upon receipt by seller.) I am happy when YOU are happy.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
