You are bidding on a New Zoot Sports Synergy FS Full Suit Wetsuit, Men's Size: M. Model: S9MWS50 (2009 Edition). This comes new with tags. This has never been worn and is in excellent condition.

All accessories listed and pictured in the auction are included as stated. All items must be paid for within 10 days of the auction ending.
We only ship to your listed PayPal street address if you pay with PayPal.
If you are picking the item up in person we do not accept PayPal.
If you are picking the item up or shipping it freight it must be picked up within 10 days of the auction ending.
For returns we must be notified of the problem within 5 days of the tracking #
showing delivery and the item must be returned within 8 days of delivery.
If the item is damaged in shipping you must notify us and UPS within 24 hours. We only take returns for items that do not match the auction description and that are sold as working. If an item is listed "AS IS" or is described with mechanical or electrical faults, we will not take it back. You are bidding on it in that condition "AS IS". If an item is returned for any other reason we will charge a 20% restocking fee. We DO NOT take returns for size issues on clothing or shoes. It is the buyer's responsibility to know their size for an item. We are not responsible for items ordered incorrectly or for any compatibility issues you have with an item. Please make sure you are ordering the correct model.
All buyers picking up items at our warehouse will be charged and must pay Ct sales tax unless they have a resellers form filled out. International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

We accept PayPal. We do not accept direct Credit Card payment. We only accept paypal from US accounts with US mailing addresses. All customers must pay 6.35% sales tax for local pickups. CT residents must pay 6.35% sales tax for all purchases. If you are picking the item up at our warehouse we cannot accept Paypal. The item must be paid for and picked up within 10 days after the auction ending. Local pickups are only allowed by appointment and we are only open 9am-5pm, Monday thru Friday. We are closed all weekends and holidays.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military addresses unless you ask in advance and we approve the address. Many large items cannot be sent to PO Boxes or APO's. If you pay with paypal we only ship to the address listed on your Payment, no exceptions. If you have special shipping needs or want the item shipped overseas please email before bidding.
