Our Policy:  We attempt to describe the items in our auctions accurately and we document the condition with enough pictures to show what the condition of the item is.  Occasionally we make an error.  You have a week to look over the item to see if it agrees with what was described.  If it is not as described, please contact us and we will make it right.   Items with noted damages are SOLD AS IS.  They are not going to get better than shown and described so please look at all of the pictures.  It will be in the same condition when you receive it as it is shown in the pictures.  A special note to buyers with little or no feedback, it is not fair to give unfavorable feedback if you have a problem unless you first give us an opportunity to address your problem.  Payment is expected within a few days after the auction ends.  We give speedy service.  If you wish to delay payment, you need to contact us to make arraignments.   Feedback will be given 14 days  after you receive your merchandise or earlier if you have left feedback for us.   

If we have insured your item and it is damaged in shipping, do not sent it back.  We will help you in filing the claim if you request.  The post office requires inspection of merchandise damaged in shipping most of the time before they will pay the claim.  Please retain all original packing materials until they have inspected your damages.
