Feedback Policy

Your opinion matters and that's why feedback is of great importance to us. When a positive feedback is received, we will leave feedback as well. If there is any problem, contact us before leaving any feedback to see if we can somehow resolve the situation in the best way possible. 

Items will be shipped within 2 days after payment is received. Please allow up to 10-20 business days for delivery. Depending on your location it make take more or less. Read below for prices and types of shipping we use:

Registered Post

This is the standard shipping method we are using. It provides secure delivery worldwide and the ability to track your item online (only available in some countries). This postal service costs $3.00 if you live in Ireland, $11.00 for the rest of Europe. Shipping to countries outside Europe costs $15.00. Shipping to Russia costs $9.00.

We accept returns and issue refunds or store credit if necessary. Returns have to be made as soon as possible and in no more than 14 days from the date of purchase. Everything must be in the same condition as received. You, the customer, are responsible for any shipping and handling fees unless the return is due to our mistake. If you reside in a country outside the European Union (EU), you must declare the item as 'returned goods' to avoid customs charges. If you do not do that we will take the needed sum from your refund. In addition we charge a 20% restocking fee. The mailing service you should use must have a tracking number. Please contact us with the tracking number once you are given one.

Exceptions will be made under these circumstances:
If an item is returned due to our error (item is not as described or has a major defect). In this case we cover all shipping costs and you will not be charged any fee for restocking.
