We are happy to honour a replacement or refund should you receive a defective item from us. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods for returns to be accepted. Postage is not refundable. Customer need to pay the postage costs for the return.(except faulty items)
If returning package please consult us first to make arrangements. Returns policy only applies to technical failure of equipment.
Goods that have been damaged, dropped or mis-used are not under warranty. If returning goods under warranty for replacement this will only be done if all the original packaging & accesories are intact and not damaged.
