This is a stock photo from my files and the photo color might differ slightly from the actual shade. This is caused by my camera and/or the available lighting. Each computer monitor shows different variations of colors & shades. What shade you see on your screen is often different than what is shown on my screen. I attempt to duplicate the actual shade of the item as closely as possible by matching my listing photo with the actual item.

Because of health & safety concerns, unsealed lipsticks cannot be exchanged. If you have a problem with any item, please let us know. Our primary concern is to make sure that our customers are satisfied wtih their purchases.

I will combine shipping charges for multiple purchases if made within 3 days and paid for at the same time. Items purchased on auction and on the store can be combined for the shipping discounts.
