We use a third party carrier to deliver our goods, and for smaller items we use Royal Mail. Deliveries can be made at any time Monday to Friday, and a signature will be required. If a signature cannot be supplied, prior consent is required to leave the goods without a signature (e.g. leave at backdoor/neighbour). However this is solely at the buyer’s risk. Please therefore ensure that delivery is to a manned address, or authorisation is given for goods to be left safely.

Our standard carriage is based on a 3-5 business-day service from date of dispatch. We do not despatch over weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the next business day.

Next day service: please order & pay by 3pm for next-day delivery. Items can be delivered any time Monday to Friday and a signature will be required. Deliveries on a Saturday are only available upon request (surcharge applies), please call us for details. Next day services are not available to Northern Ireland, Offshore Islands or the Highlands of Scotland; surcharges will apply to these locations.

Our standard UK Mainland delivery rates include some parts of the Highlands of Scotland; however surcharges apply to Northern Ireland, Ireland and all Offshore Islands. If the incorrect postage charge has been paid we will contact you for payment of the balance, although you are under no obligation to continue with the purchase. If you are unclear on which category your address falls into please contact us before purchasing. For delivery to any European countries, please contact us for rates before purchasing.

For delivery to Northern Ireland, all Offshore Islands, and Ireland: please select the 'other courier' shipping option for £16.90 (this is a standard 3-5 day shipping service, next day not available).

A contact telephone number is appreciated, as without a contact number deliveries can be delayed. If after two delivery attempts the carriers are still unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to us and a return charge may be levied.

If a delivery needs to be re-directed once goods have been despatched (ie. to a work address) there will be an additional charge to pay, equal to the full delivery price.

All delivery dates are entered into in good faith but are estimates only; as we use third party carriers we cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery of the products ordered. Deliveries to remote areas can take an additional 2-3 days.

Deliveries to Ireland and Europe will be via City Link (or their local agent). A contact telephone number is essential and the same conditions will apply as above. All European deliveries take approx 4-7 business days.

We sell through multiple media, and therefore cannot guarantee the exact stock levels shown on our listings; however we endeavour to keep this information as current as possible. Stocks are checked once an order has been marked as despatched on eBay, but in the event of an issue we will contact you as soon as possible with an alternative.

If any of the above information is not satisfactory we kindly request that you do not purchase.

All of our products are guaranteed to be free from defect at the time of purchase, and genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or refunded. However we must be informed of any issues upon receipt of the item, and no later than 7 days after delivery. We therefore ask that you check your items thoroughly upon receipt of the goods. An image of the fault will be requested via email.
Any tarpaulin which is deemed to have missing or faulty eyelets will be limited to replacement eyelets only.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any goods purchased or have changed your mind about the purchase, please inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods to arrange for their return. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense; however we can arrange collection at a charge, which will then be deducted from any refund due. The product must be in its original packaging and in a brand new and unused condition. Once the item has arrived at our premises, you will receive a refund minus our original shipping costs (please note: on some listings this cost is incorporated into the total sale price of the item, and so as a guideline our shipping costs are generally £5 although this varies according to parcel weight). All items will be checked by our Warehouse staff when received. If items are missing packaging or are not in a satisfactory condition we reserve the right to impose a restocking fee, to be agreed at the time.

Please ensure that your username, contact details and reason for return is sent on a covering note with the goods. You should ensure there is sufficient outer packaging of the product to ensure safe and secure transit of the goods back to us, as the returned product must be as new and in a re-sellable condition. Goods are the responsibility of the customer until signed for by a member of our staff, and so we recommend using a trackable service.

Please note items purchased as used/faulty are not liable for any returns or refunds.

All of our tarpaulin sizes are 'cut sizes', which is an industry standard terminology for the size of the material before it is fabricated into a tarpaulin. Therefore you should expect the finished size of the tarpaulin to be up to a maximum of 30cm shorter; this applies to both dimensions.

*Please note: Our tarpaulins are sold metrically therefore all imperial sizes quoted are approximate and strictly for guidance purposes only. For customers wanting to calculate imperial equivalents,  1 metre = 3 feet 3 3/8 inches.

All images are for illustrative purposes only, and as such colours and fittings may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Returns will not be accepted for variations in colour; for example a blue tarp is sold as such, and not as a specific shade of blue. This applies to all of our products.

We do not offer any guarantees to the life expectancy of our products, because of the many and varied uses they can be put to.
