ABC Vacuum Cleaner Warehouse has been in the mail order vacuum business since 1977, and have provided mail order customers with quality vacuum cleaners at discount prices since 1977. We have also been selling vacuum cleaners via ABCvacuum.com since 1996.
 
Here at ABC Vacuum Cleaner Warehouse we concentrate on volume while maintaining personal attention to our customers.
 
How do we sell vacuum cleaners for such low prices? We buy in volume! We also purchase from a network of suppliers that have overstock or are going out of business. Overhead is kept low and employees are not paid through commission. We literally stack 'em high and sell 'em cheap!
 
Warranty:
 
Our machines carry manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated. If you have trouble finding an authorized dealer in your area, the warranty is also covered by ABC Vacuum Cleaner Warehouse through an ABC exclusive warranty. We have a complete warranty/service facility staffed with certified technicians. When you purchase a vacuum from ABC, you can rest assured that your warranty is always covered by qualified professionals.

FREE Ground Shipping In The Lower 48 States*-All vacuum cleaners, due to the size of the packages, are shipped with standard ground unless otherwise requested. Orders weighing over 6 lbs. (Vacuums, Air Purifiers, and Other Appliances) Shipping is Free via insured Ground (typically 3-7 days) with a tracking # provided by email.
 
Orders weighing under 6 lbs. (Bags, Belts, and Accessories)
Shipping is Free via USPS Parcel Post (typically 5-10 days).
 
Shipping Time Delivery time is usually 5-7 business days for via ground shipping. Orders are shipped out the same day they are placed if before 4 pm Eastern and 1pm Pacific Standard Time.
 
Exceptions:
 
Alaska and Hawaii $35 for each vacuum cleaner or appliance. Free shipping for bags, belts, and small accessories. Will be sent by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
 
APO and FPO $20 for each vacuum cleaner or appliance. Free shipping for bags, belts, and accessories. Will be sent by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
 
We do not ship Express, Overnight, Next Day Air, and 2ndDay Air due to security and large expense.
 
We do not ship internationally Shipping is very costly internationally. We only sell 110-volt machines that do not operate in most countries outside the US. Therefore, we limit sales within the states. Also, we do not ship to US Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.
 
 
Address Changes or Corrections: If you placed an online or phone order with an incorrect address you need to contact us by phone as soon as you discover it. Please do not send emails. We process orders as they come in so it is imperative that you act quickly. If your order has already shipped out, we can still make corrections but we will charge $15.00 to do this. This correction fee will be charged to your credit card.

*Our Ground Shipping does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO's, or FPO's. US Postal is required for those items.
 
**These items are always shipped US Priority Mail and are Generally received within 4-5 days from placement of the order.

Order Cancellations and Address Changes
The holiday season is a very busy time for us, and even though we have brought in more customer service personnel, we still aren't able to answer every email or respond to requests to cancel orders, change products, or change the delivery address before the item ships. It is very important that you make sure that all the information provided to us is correct before submitting your order, otherwise please call us at 1-(800)-285-8145 to submit any immediate changes.
Address Changes
If you must have a package re-routed, you will have to pay a $15.00 fee by credit card before the package can be re-routed. That is what FedEx charges for this service. Please take the time to make sure that the shipping information you provide us is correct to ensure you aren't charged the re routing fee.
Order Cancellations
If your order ships before we can cancel it you will have to call us when you receive the package to set up the return, or refuse the delivery. Please call us to avoid any return shipping, re-routing & re-stocking fees. You won't be refunded until the product is received by us.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee!
 
At ABC Vacuum Warehouse, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases. We want to make sure your vacuum does indeed fit your needs. On all vacuums, you have 30 days to return the item for either exchange or refund. We do require that you simply ship it back to us with the product in like new and acceptable condition. Damage to the merchandise due to abuse is unacceptable. We do understand that there may be wear and tear on the shipping box which is not a factor. After 30 days, all defects and repairs are covered under the product manufacturer's warranty. Remember that we want you to be satisfied not only with your purchase but your whole experience with ABC Vacuum Warehouse.
 
Shipping Damage or Defective Merchandise
 
If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping or upon initial use, discover a defect, we will issue a call tag for the item to be picked up and ship to you on priority a replacement at no cost to you. Notify us immediately.
 
Order Cancellations
 
Once an order is placed, it is the customer's responsibility to immediately contact us by phone to cancel. Email is not sufficient due to the speed of our processing cycle. The order will ship as quickly as possible during business hours. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or rerouted.
 
If this is a shipment over 5lbs, the receiver must refuse the package at the door in order to receive a refund. Otherwise, you are responsible for return of the item and need to contact us for an RMA number.
 
There will be a $15 restocking fee applied for all cancellations and an additional $15 for a door refusal or inability to accept/sign for delivery.
 
Refunds
 
On refunds, there is a nominal $15.00 restocking fee. Accessory products such as bags, belts, filters, and tools should all be returned as well or they will be deducted from the refund. Credits will be performed within 5 days after returned items are received and inspected.
