We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions will be processed by PayPal.
  Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to Pennsylvania, California, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Connecticut, Illinois,  and Texas. State laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order, as we maintain a physical presence in those states. Charges for shipping and handling must be included when sales tax is calculated.

We do not currently collect sales or use tax on purchases made in all states. You may be responsible for paying sales or use tax depending on specific state guidelines.




If your order is received before 11 AM PST on a business day, it should ship on the same day.  Other orders are typically shipped within 1 business day.

For Standard Domestic shipping, we use UPS Mail Innovations as our shipping consolidator and your order will be delivered by your local Post Office.

Delivery time frames vary depending on the level of service you request and your location.

If your order is in need of special handling please call our customer service department at 1- 800-366-3645. We do not receive any special instructions that may be attached to the order.

International tracking is only available for packages shipped Express

Because of the involvement of more than one postal authority, we cannot guarantee the day of arrival for International orders.

Please check with the country's custom office to determine whether the receiving party will be responsible for additional duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

We offer combined shipping for multiple item orders, if the order is placed on the US eBay site.

Some international eBay sites, such as ebay.co.uk and ebay.de, do not have an Add to Cart button for US sellers which, unfortunately, prevents multiple item orders.

From the US eBay site, add the items to your cart and proceed through checkout as normal, choosing the same shipping option for each item in the order.
 
Your items will be automatically combined into one order, and the shipping discount will be deducted from your total before you submit payment.

If you place multiple orders from an international site and we ship the orders, we will not be able to offer a refund.



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund of the price you paid for the item.
