Payment & Delivery
Orders will ship out within 1-2 business days after payment cleared. For example, if you place your order on Tuesday, we will normally dispatch it before the end of the day on Wednesday. All orders are sent in branded Krisp bags.
We charge a single delivery fee regardless of how many items you order. Please add all the items you would like to order to the basket and the postage discount will be applied automatically at the checkout.
All standard UK delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail service. These orders are expected to be delivered within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Returns
We understand that returning items is an inevitable part of shopping online. We try to make the returns process as simple as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it following this guidlines:
If you are unhappy with our product or simply want to return it for an exchange or refund please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item we will exchange it for the one you have ordered and we will also refund you the postage cost you paid to return the item.
If you didn't like the item or want to return it for any other reason you will have to pay the return postage cost and we will only refund the item price.
To return your item, fill in the returns form on the back of the invoice and simply send it back to us. There is no need to message ahead, we will let you know as soon as we have received it and process a refund or exchange for you within 48hrs.
We do check all items prior to receiving them and will not accept returns if the item has been worn or the tags have been removed. We are not responsible of any items damaged by washing them.
