otherwise, this will not be a valid/acceptable reason for complaints.
All CDs that have cracked or broken jewel cases will be advertised as such.
If it wasn't advertised as having a crack or being broken but it arrives to you that way
then it probably happened in transit. This does not happen very often but there's that chance...
Please do not make a big deal out of it, because it's not.
Replacement jewel cases cost between 25-50 cents.
This is just a possible outcome, so it's a possibility, if this is a problem, please do not buy here.

We do not grade jewel cases, if there's a crack in case-we'll describe it as such
but other than that we'll grade everything else but the plastic jewel cases.
Original CD.
There are no cuts or holes in paper inserts.
There are couple-three tiny and very light marks to CD that in no way affect the playback.
