We offer ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL SIGNED-FOR for international customers.
We obtain Proof of postage with the tracking number for every parcel dispatched.
A Guaranteed next day Special delivery (Express Delivery) option is also available at the time of checkout if someone needs URGENT one day Guaranteed Delivery.
 
All our products are packed with care and due safety measurements in order to deliver safely to your door step.

Tracking Orders
 
All our orders are dispatched via a tracked service providing step by step tracking details. Our orders can be tracked through Royal Mails website on www.RoyalMail.com
 
International orders will be shipped through International Signed for via Royal Mail. If an order exceeds 2Kg in weight your order will be shipped through a courier service.
 
Speed of Delivery
 
Please allow 3-5 working days from your dispatch confirmation email for UK Deliveries. NEXT DAY deliveries will arrive the following next day if ordered before 4pm.
 
International orders can take upto 14 days to arrive from receiving your dispatch confirmation. It may appear your tracking information hasn't changed for a very long time. Rest assured we are always ensuring our customers receive their packages as soon as possible. We do ask our International customers to allow a reasonable time for your orders to arrive as we are unable to specify a timescale.
 
Attempted to deliver - Failed delivery
 
As all our orders require a Signature, if you are not in to sign for your package Royal Mail will leave a card to let you know they had attempted to deliver your order. The card will prompt you to re-arrange delivery via phone or online or to collect your parcel from your local depot within 48 hours. Should two weeks past with no re-arrangement made or your parcel has not been collected the order will be returned to us. We will then need you to contact us for re-delivery. We will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you. OR a refund can be issued less than the original postage cost (Postage Charges is considered as fixed expense). If we receive no correspondence from you within a reasonable time we will place a refund into your account.

When you receive your order and it is unsuitable please return the order within 14 days of receiving your package. Due to the nature of our goods the items must be in new unused condition - in the same condition sent. This will ensure a full refund or an exchange will be processed.  Customers are responsible for paying postage costs and ensuring a tracked service is used such as Recorded delivery to return the item to us. Unless the item is faulty we will claim responsibility for postal charges.
 
If your product arrives in a damaged state please get in contact with us with your name and order number before leaving any feedback, you may then return it to us in the state you received it and we will be more than happy to provide an exchange or refund for you.
 
Customers must make sure the item is not used and can only be returned in an unused condition. Once we have received your return please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
 
It is the customer?s responsibility to make sure they use a signed service such as recorded delivery to return the products to us. Please collect a receipt from the post office as this will be proof of your return should the item go missing. If no receipt is collected we will not be able to help.
