Customer Service
When you
receive your
order and it is unsuitable please return the order within 14 days of
receiving your package. Due to the nature of our goods the items must
be in new unused condition - in the same condition sent. This will
ensure a full refund or an exchange will be processed.
Customers
are responsible for paying postage costs and ensuring a tracked service
is used such as Recorded delivery to return the item to us. Unless the
item is faulty we will claim responsibility for postal charges.
If your product arrives in a damaged state please get in contact with
us with your name and order number before leaving any feedback, you may
then return it to us in the state you received it and we will be more
than happy to provide an exchange or refund for you.
Customers must make sure the item is not used and can only be returned
in an unused condition. Once we have received your return please allow
up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
It is the customer?s responsibility to make sure they use a signed
service such as recorded delivery to return the products to us. Please
collect a receipt from the post office as this will be proof of your
return should the item go missing. If no receipt is collected we will
not be able to help.
