Shipping


Our aim is to dispatch all items purchased within 48 hours of receipt of payment (except Saturdays and Sundays or Bank holidays).

All items will be shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class or Parcelforce 48 Hour delivery as stated stated in the product listing.

Please note that for Highlands & Islands postcodes highest postage charge may incur.

Once goods are dispatched we cannot affect transit times to our customer. Transit commitments are provided by Royal Mail and Parcel Force.

We only dispatch to the confirmed delivery address provided by eBay. Before you pay, please make sure your address in eBay matches the address you would like us to ship to.

We reserve the right not to ship to unconfirmed addresses for multiple bids using PayPal. Payment will be refunded (PayPal payment) for unacceptable multiple orders, and in addition those orders will also be cancelled from eBay.

If there is a sizeable delay in your units arriving please contact us as we can provide the tracking number. However, please allow at least 5 working days after payment before contacting us. We are happy to combine postage costs when asked prior to purchase.

Due to our automated dispatch systems, unfortunately it is impossible for us to amend an order once it has been placed. Please ensure that your address details are correct, and the items that you have ordered are correct when purchasing from us. Alternatively if you wish to change the colour, type, quantity or address on an order, please do so by contacting us before making the order and payment

Returns


We do our best to serve each and every customer the best we can and we understand that on occasion you might need to return products.

Please note we can only accept a return if the item is in its original packaging and with all the components.

Customers are responsible for return shipping with original packaging included, and sufficient outer packaging to protect the unit in transit. Please remember to obtain and keep proof of postage when you send the item back. Proof of postage does not cost anything however without this there could be a delay in your refund being issued.

Please note that all items are fully tested once returned.

On receiving the item, we will endeavour to process all refunds within 5 working days.

Please contact us by email before sending any items back for our detailed returns procedure - please ensure that written details of the fault are included with any returns.

How to return and item

Please follow the instructions below to raise a returns request.

1. Go to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.

2. Click Won.

3. Next to your listing, select return this item from the pull-down menu.

4. Select "I want to return an item" and click Continue.

5. The "Return an item" form appears.

6. Review the next page and click Request return.

7. We will review the request and provide return address.

8. You can prepare postage right away and click Continue.

9. Post the item to the seller.

Terms


Some of the items we list are graded. This means that the product is effectively pristine but we open the box and test the item to ensure you receive the product as described in the listing, and put simply, if a product doesn't pass our QC tests we won't list it.

If a deal in a sale listing is out of stock and can't be seen in the drop down menu then the single price applies.

Please note if the Item condition is listed as new then the item is A brand-new, unused, and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging is applicable).

We work very hard to make sure that all products are of satisfactory quality, and therefore we only offer exchanges, not refunds.

If the item is defective upon receipt we offer customers 14 days from the date of delivery to request exchange or refund.

We care about our customers, and will always try to help you. So if you have any problems, please e-mail us immediately. Please give us the opportunity to resolve any problems. FAQ

Q: Can you ship outside the UK?

A: We only dispatch within the UK mainland. However if you have a UK address you can change this on your PayPal account before you make an offer so we can ship the item to your UK address.

Q: How long will it take for my item to arrive?

A: Once the item has been paid for we dispatch within 2 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for Royal Mail to deliver. We do however try our best to shorten the process. In total you should receive your item within 5 working days of payment.

Q: Can I collect the item and pay cash?

A: We only accept payment on PayPal and we do not offer local collection. If you do not have a PayPal account we would be happy to wait a few days for payment until your PayPal account has been set up.

Q: My PayPal address hasn't been updated, can you send to a different address?

A: Unfortunately once the item has been paid for we are unable to change the delivery address. Q: Do you offer warranty for this product? A: For up to 6 months we will test any faults. If there is a manufacturing fault with the product we will process a full refund. You can also take advantage of our 14 days returns policy.

Q: Do you combine postage and packaging charges?

A: We are more than happy to combine postage providing it is requested before payment is made.

Q: I live in another country but I have a postal address in the UK, can you unblock me on eBay so that I purchase an item?

A: We do not unblock customers. You can amend your details in PayPal before making a purchase.

Q: My item is being returned to you as I was not at home to receive, can you resend the item once returned to you?

A: The item may take up to 3 weeks to return from the courier. We are more than happy to resend the item, however we would ask you cover the postage cost to resend.

Q: Can I cancel an order?

A: You may cancel your order by contacting our Customer Services team through eBay. However, if the item has been paid for; we are no longer able to cancel the dispatch. You can return the item as per our returns procedure above
