Manufactured from woven nylon rope, our weighted speed jump rope is designed to be used to gain the maximum explosive power, strength, speed and coordination possible.

Unlike other heavy skipping ropes, the weight is evenly distributed throughout the rope itself and not just in the handles. This coupled with two fast spin swivel handles provide for the ultimate intense jump rope workout.

The rope’s length may be easily adjusted. Simply remove the handles and protective stopper, cut to desired length and replace.
