Top right corner with cachet of "Her Imperial Majesty Empress Alexandra Feodorovna Tsarskoe Selo Medical Train No 113". Very nice postal history with rare cachet! F-VF.

United States Domestic - $3.00 for shipping and handling via USPS First Class.

International - $6.00 shipping and handling via USPS Airmail rates.

Domestic. Lots over $50 must be sent via INSURED MAIL. $2.00-$3.00 will be added to Invoice.

International. Lots over $50 must be sent via REGISTERED MAIL. Reg Fee of $15.00 will be added to Invoice Postage.

RETURN POLICY:

Lots are returnable unless stated otherwise or if incorrectly described. Email must be sent before any items can be returned stating reasons!
