Vintage Sylvania Table Top 5 Tube Radio Model AT16
I am pleased to offer a vintage Sylvania Table Top Tube Radio Model AT16. This unit measures 13" X 5 1/4" X 5 3/4" and features a tan and off-white case, left side dial, front lattice grille, one front knob, right thumb wheel knob, five tubes, and bottom feet. The original label is on the bottom showing tube placement and model number. Dates to the early 1960's.
This radio powers up when plugged in but only a loud buzzing is heard. The on/off knob does not work properly - when the radio is plugged in, it is on and must be unplugged to turn off. The thumb wheel knob works to turn the dial. The case shows cracks and chips throughout. The cord is free of cracks and frays. The unit is dusty and dirty inside and out. Sold as-is.
