Shipping, returns and other policies, basics

Where "flat rate envelope" is offered, there are limitations on how many items I can fit into one.

Generally, Priority mail flat rate envelopes are

12x9 cardboard envelopes can be filled at best to 2 inches (50mm) thickness. By filling up thickness the12x9 is reduced

(fits about 4 standard size novels, or 10 standard blisters if you don't mind the plastic bubble getting smashed)

Orderes generally ship in 2 business days but there maybe a short delay now and then.

Delivery ranges from 6-14 days to most countries average,

all the way to 7-8 weeks on rare occasions! I cannot track this package for you, be prepared to wait!
