Returns   policy:
  You may return any item within 14 days for a replacement or a full refund.
  Please use the return item option through Ebay and your replacement or refund   will be dealt with as soon as possible.
  If your item arrives damaged, it would be helpful for us if you could email   a photo to info@polarmk.co.uk and we can then proceed with a Royal Mail claim.
  All exchange items need to be returned in the original packing and in a saleable   condition.
  Please also retain a certificate of postage (available from your Post Office)   as return postage is your responsibility and we will only replace or refund   on receipt of item.
  If we have sent an incorrect item, please contact us through Ebay before returning   the item as mistakes can happen and we will deal with the problem effectively.
 

Disclaimer:
  Adding any accessory or case to your device can obstruct the ease of use of   buttons and ports and sometimes make the unlocking option harder to use. Also   certain cases are made to be tight on the device and if not put on carefully   and correctly can cause aesthetic damage.
  Please note that Polar MK is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage   caused to your device by the use of any of our products. Products are used and   applied at the customers own risk.
 

Questions:
  Please only use the Ebay message service to contact us as this is fully monitored   during standard office hours.
  Any messages received through Paypal only may be missed as this is only checked   once a day and your item may have already been dispatched as most items are   sent on the day of payment before 4pm.
 

Dispatch   Times:
  We always aim to dispatch on the day of payment up to 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding   holidays).
  The system we operate will issue a dispatched email when the invoices are printed   ready for packing.
  If you receive this notification out of office hours please be aware that your   item has been picked and packed but will not be dispatched until the next working   day.
 

Royal   Mail:
  The majority of our items are sent using Royal mail standard first class post.   Royal mail claim that this service can take up to 3 working days but this can   be longer although most first class items are delivered next working day.
  During bad weather conditions or holidays, this duration can be considerably   more. Please be patient during these circumstances and allow a longer delivery   time. During bad weather conditions and Christmas Holidays, we have experienced   2 to 3 week delays on Royal Mail deliveries as it causes a large mail backlog   and this is out of our control.
 

Overseas   Customers:
  Please note that for overseas customers we only accept Paypal as a payment option   and cannot accept payment any other way.
  Unfortunately we have had a considerable amount of undelivered mail problems   with some countries which has led to us excluding these countries from our listings   as we cannot guarantee delivery with the small postal charge we apply. We apologise   for any inconvenience this has caused but unfortunately it is not a viable option   for us.
  Dispatch of goods is usually the same day as payment up to 4pm Monday to Friday   but we cannot guarantee that items will be delivered within Royal mail’s   expected delivery times. We have experienced long delays with Airmail deliveries.   For this reason, we ask European customers to allow up to 14 working days for   delivery and Rest of the World Customers, 21 working days for delivery.
