. Royal Mail is an excellent delivery service, 99% of our items are received next day (please read our feedback). The many of our items are too large for your letterbox – if you’re not in when the postman calls for your item will be returned to the sorting office.

We are happy to resend any lost item, but we ask that please you contact your local sorting office first to check it’s not been left there – 95% of our missing parcels are left in sorting offices!

　

NOTE *Please note that IF YOU PAY BY PAYPAL all items that sell for over £50 will have to be sent using , trackable postage, basically this is to protect us from the latest scam i.e. an unscrupulous PERSON buys an item and pays by paypal, insists on the cheaper , un-trackable postage option, then claims the item has not arrived even though it has, as the item is not trackable, no-one can prove it has or has not arrived, even though he has not payed for insurance he will then use /paypal's 'item not recieved' complaints system to claim all his money back including postage, this system favours the buyer and gives the seller two options: provide tracking details or refund the money in full, obviously you can't provide tracking details with this postage method, if you don't use one of these options within so many days paypal will take the money out of you account anyway (or drag it out of your bank if you have no funds in paypal) and then give it to this nice chap! he now has your valuable item and also your money...not very fair is it? but that's the way it is!

Please note we do not accept any foreign personal cheques, only paypal or international money order (made out in UK pounds) from overseas buyers. UK buyers please allow up to 10 days for delivery , all items are sent ASAP but sometimes if we have a lot ending at the same time it does take time to pack and post, (there is only the ONE of ME) when possible you will recieve your item a lot sooner.
