Payment:

• Due to eBay's new policy, payment must be made via PayPal only!
• Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase.

Shipping Information:

• Most orders are shipped out the same or next business day from receipt of payment. Most U.S. customers receive their order within 2-7 business days.
• For our International orders: We take no responsibility for untimely arrivals, customs delays or holdups!
  

International Buyers:

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
  
• Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
• We will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

Return Policy:

• Should an item arrive DOA (defective) or incorrect (on our behalf), please notify us within 14 days to make an exchange or return.
• If it is within 14 days of purchase, and you would like exchange an order for any reason other than the above, you will be responsible for returning and the reshipping of all items. To return an item for a refund or to cancel an order, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
• Please DO NOT send any item back before contacting us! We will provide you with a return form to ensure a hassle free transaction.
