Crankshaft Depot  OEM water pumps are manufactured from cast iron. 

Every pump is manufactured with a heavy duty 3/4" integral ball bearing and a high strength roller bearing to withstand the higher torsion loads from high RPM and high transverse shear force from belting system. 

A heavy duty cast iron impeller with curved vanes guarantees maximum water flow rate.   

Can increase flow volume and head of water output by as much as 30%.

Return Policy

1. Any defective items please notify us for exchange or issue full refund within 30 days from the date of receipt.

2. All items are returnable within 14 days from the date of receipt. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Return items must be in new condition, uninstalled and in original package.

 WATER PUMP - INSTALLATION GUIDE 

  • Always replace any defective and over 3 years old fan, thermostat, radiator cap, and rubber hose.  Replace excessive wobble or looseness belts and fan clutches.   
  • Clean and remove all residues on engine block for gasket landing.  File and grind off any burrs and nicks.
  • Apply sealer on both sides of new gasket before place on block. 
  • Place pump and torque bolts at crisscross pattern with OEM torque specification.  
  • Make sure all pulleys and clutches are sat squarely on the hub.  Never over tightened belt otherwise, may cause over load on bearing and reducing operation life.  
  • Turn pump by hand to ensure fan blade move freely and it clear from radiator and shroud.   
  • Make sure the max wobble on fan blade is less than 0.25”.  
  • Fill coolant and ensure system integrate. 
  • Pipe thread on pump has taper.  Don't ever over stress pipe onto pump which may cause aluminum casing and void the Warranty. 
  • On non-auto tensioned belt system, deflect belt 0.5” for proper belt tension.  
  • Start engine and run to normal temperature.  Then shut down engine for leak inspection.
  • Don't ever open radiator cap, or any connected equipment in hot condition.  It may cause injury.
