For returns where Next Day or Second Day Air is offered, express shipping fees paid by us for such services will be deducted from any refund given. In the event that the item is confirmed damaged or defective, exceptions will be made.
When will my order ship?
Packages ship from our warehouse every business day (Monday - Friday) excluding national holidays.
Orders received before 2:00pm EST ship the same day. Occasionally, some circumstances may prevent this.
If shipping to PR, GU, AK, or HI is desired please e-mail for shipping rates prior to placing an order.
When will my I receive my order?
Ground delivery times to the East coast are generally 2-3 business days.
Ground delivery times to the West coast are generally 4-5 business days.
Express shipping is available.
Saturday delivery is not standard, but is a service we offer for an additional charge.
