All we ask is that you return the goods within 30 days of receipt and that all items must be in new condition, with their original tags and packaging intact (if any). Unwanted Items

You can return a product within 30 days of the date you received it and we will refund you any money you have paid us for that product (excluding any postage paid). The product must be in ‘as new’ condition and complete with all packaging and tags (if any). Simply print out our returns label, attach the appropriate postage (non-refundable) and then contact us by telephone (0161 222 9889) or email us so we know to expect it.

If you return a product that is not in ‘as new’ condition, we reserve the right to either return the product to you, or reimburse you in gift tokens rather than refund your original payment method.

Faulty Goods

If you receive an item from us which is faulty or not what you ordered, please accept our apologies, we know how frustrating this is. Please contact us by telephone (0161 222 9889) or via email and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Upon receipt of faulty goods/orders, we will reimburse you for the return postage in full.
