This is a model IB-5281 RLC Bridge made by Heathkit. It is working and in excellent condition (near mint). Only a few scratches on the case. I tested this on resistance, capacitance, and inductance. All controls were lubricated with De-Oxit. Requires two standard 9 volt batteries (not included). I can email the winning bidder a copy of the manual. Here are the specs: Resistance, 10 ohms to 10 Meg ohms, Capacitance, 10pf to 10uf, Inductance, 10uH to 10H. If you are an overseas bidder and want your item shipped 1st class International Mail you need to read my change in overseas shipping for International Bidders.

I do combine shipping on multiple purchases so the eBay calculator may not give the correct shipping amount or if you think it is too high please email me so I can invoice you correctly. I ship all my packages within the time shown on eBay and if there is ever a delay, I email the buyer.

Due to PayPal’s Seller Protection Policy I can only ship the item to the address that is listed on the PayPal receipt, so do not ask me to ship the item to any other address than the one on the PayPal receipt. You the buyer have the option to change the ship to address during the eBay checkout process which will then allow me to ship to that address, but this has to be done at checkout. All this information is needed promptly, to speed up the Quote process and prevent delays in shipping the item. If this is done any other way then it can greatly delay the shipping time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING FREIGHT:

I now use UPS Freight for all my Freight shipments. If the item is being shipped Freight please include complete ship to address, Phone number, whether the address is Residential or Commercial, and if a loading dock or Fork Lift Truck is available. Special requirements- if you do not have a loading dock or a fork lift truck, then a lift gate truck while be required. All this information is needed promptly, to speed up the Quote process and prevent delays in shipping the item.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING USPS:

I normally ship USPS parcel post or 1st class if the item is 1 pound or less, and if the item is around 1- 4 lbs. I normally ship USPS Priority Mail. I include shipping confirmation on all shipments. I do not include insurance because I normally do not know what the item will sell for in an auction. If insurance is needed, then you will need to request this before checkout so I can re-invoice you the correct shipping cost.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING UPS:

Items over 4 lbs. I quote UPS. UPS automatically insures your package up to $100.00 so if you need more then you will need to request this amount before checkout so I can re-invoice you the correct shipping amount. I pack my items extremely well and use new materials, so for UPS shipments, I do charge a few Dollars ($$$) for boxes and packing materials and this is added to the normal UPS charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FREIGHT:

I will still use DB Schenker for International Freight shipping. International Freight is a lot cheaper if you are able to pick the item up at the Airport verses having to have the item trucked to you. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:

I accept PayPal as payment from International Bidders. I prefer wire transfers for sales over $250.00 but will still use PayPal if needed. I may show several examples for shipping options overseas but due to PayPal’s Seller Protection Policy, if an item sells for $250.00 or more then the item must be shipped by Express Mail.

Express mail requires the item to be fully insured, requires a confirmation delivery signature, and will provide tracking. Express mail provides $100.00 of insurance at no additional cost. Any sale above $100.00 will have final insurance costs calculated at the end of the sale; do not make payment until you are invoiced.

NOTICE: Change in Overseas shipping. If you wish to have your item shipped overseas 1st Class International which is the cheap method then you will have to pay other than Paypal because Paypal will not give me the seller SELLER protection. Priority Mail and Express mail are OK for paypal because there is a tracking number. If you have done business with me in the past and understand the problems using 1st Class International then I will OK you to use this service but no new customers at this time. I am having too many customers wanting 1st class International but not willing to wait for deliver before doing a chargeback. For some reason 1st Class International seems to be taking longer to deliver than in the past. If you pay without reading this message and ignore this Notice then the sell will be cancelled and offered to the next highest bidder. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Item Shipped Priority International: Items can be shipped Priority Mail International up to $250.00 and can be Insured. I do not include insurance in the shipping so if you need insurance please email me before payment is made so I can adjust the shipping cost if necessary and reissue you a corrected invoice for shipping.

Customs Delays- any shipment can be delayed by customs. I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to customs or other circumstances that are beyond my control.

Combined Shipping- I do combine shipping so the shipping calculator may not give the correct results so please email me if you are purchasing multiple items. I do try to give the cheapest rates available so please email me for pricing.
