Delivery

All items send mainland UK will go out first class so should be with you in a few days, if your item isn't with you within a week then please do let us know.

Items going overseas are sent international signed for so will go with a tracking number. Please note that orders going overseas can take 2 weeks or more to reach their destination so please order in plenty of time!

In the unlikely event of a delay with your purchase we will notify you immediately.

Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the price of the costume less postage costs except in the event of a faulty item. Where we are to send a replacement we do ask you to cover the postage costs.

Payment

Paypal is our preferred method of payment. We can also accept cheques or postal orders, although please allow time for the payment to arrive and clear. We can only accept paypal from overseas buyers.
