Vintage radio controlled electric speedboat. Design appears to be a late 50s Jackson Sande Ace. Boat is mainly fabricated from wood with a Lucite cowl cover and some Lucite framing to contain the steering servo, speed control and radio unit. Overall good structural condition and complete but will need some degree of restoration if you plan to run it in water. The Lucite mount for the steering servo will need to be attached and there are a few open joints on the boat that will need to be tightened and sealed. I only used this as a display piece and have never tested any of the electronics other then bench testing the big powerful Kyosho Jackson outboard motor with a cordless drill Ni-Cad battery. The heavy-duty outboard runs super strong and smooth. Boat is 24" in length with the outboard motor and 7.5" wide. Being sold as-is and as described for display or restoration.
