After building up a clientele of mail order customers through our retail stores we decided to go global and grant the wishes of women all over the world by stepping into the virtual world! We are now one of the largest, most trusted online retailers in ladies fashion, footwear and accessories.

Returns
My1stWish operate an easy, hassle free returns and exchange procedure. Simply follow the instructions below:
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
In addition to our returns policy, the Distance Selling Regulations state all countries within the EU have a cooling off period of seven working days to cancel their order.
Please note all returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Faulty & Damaged Returns: Before returning the item please contact our customer service team first, as photographic evidence may only be required from you. If the said item needs to be returned to the supplier for inspection, we will send you a free returns label.
Non Faulty Returns: If you do decide that you want a refund or exchange, all we ask is that you return the item with the enclosed returns form.
We will inspect all returned goods and ask that you return the item in its original condition. If the item is damaged or soiled we may not be able to accept the return.
A refund will be issued within 1-2 working days once we have received the item.
We will refund the amount on to the original card from which the payment was made.
If we are unable to exchange the item we will inform you via email and refund your postage.
