UPS will collect payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You could contact UPS ahead of time to pay, eliminating payment of delivery.

If you are unsatisfied with the product, you have 30 days from receipt of your item(s) to contact our customer service team to request a Return or Refund.
Returns must be in the same condition as you received it right out of the box and included with all original packaging and accessories.

Customers need to contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization for returns, no exceptions!
In the event that you have multiple orders requiring a refund, each order must be shipped separately.

Saving to saving does not accept returns of the products from purchases older than 30 days.

If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error receives up to 50% of item's price.

Saving to saving offers a 30 Days Limited Warranty on all listed items. Warranty is only valid from the date of order printed on the invoice.

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, we offer the option to replace that same particular item.
All you have to do is simply snap a quick picture of the damaged item and send it to us.
Your replacement part will be sent out immediately.
