    Postage is made via courier door to door . Our items are packed very carefuly in bubble wrap then placed in strong cardboard boxes designed for surfboards.

    Delivery usually takes just a few days , (depending on state 2 to 7 working days) except if a Date is specified in description. 

    Postage to NSW , VIC , QLD , SA and ACT is $70.00  - Compulsary insurance is $15.00 and will cover you fully if any worry happens in transit.

    Should you not see your item after 7 days please email us we will send you your tracking number and will trace it with you.

    Delivery

    When you win an item You will receive an email automatically via ebay and possibly a second email asking for payment including postage .
    It is very important to specify : * A precised address (door codes, postcode , ...) * A telephone number for the courier

    Combined postage

    If you add a surfcover or a legrope we will combine postage for free. We do not reduce postage for multiple boards except from 6 boards purchase.

    Stock
    We are managing our stock very carefully though a mistake can happen and a board can be out of stock. If this happens, you will be advised straight
    away and we will propose an equivalent or superior item or will reimburse fully.

    Invoice
    We can send a tax invoice to you via email when asked. All sales are including Tax.

    Support
    If any worries happen, please contact us immediately surf@minimalibu.com. We will accept request up to 90 days after date of purchase.

    Return and Transport damages
    We are doing everything to ensure the description and photos are as precised and clear as possible. Having said this if the item received is not as you
    expected, you have 7 days to return it to be fully reimbursed (postage cost will stay at your cost).
    If your item is damaged in transit It is very important that you check carefully your item with the courier when you receveive it. Take your time to open and
    verify that no damages happen , that way you could possibly refuse it and we will use the courier insurance and replace it at our cost you are 100% covered.
