Simple Terms of Sale:

SHIPPING & HANDLING (POST & PACKING):
  • Combine auctions to save on shipping cost; add 25¢ shipping for each additional individual presentation pack auction within USA; for all other countries, add 50¢
  • All USA domestic parcels dispatch with Delivery Confirmation -- at no extra charge.
  • Contact seller if you have any questions regarding shipping costs.

PAYMENT:

  • Payment is due within seven (7) calendar days of auction closing.
  • PayPal is the ONLY method of payment accepted.
  • For combined shipping, you MUST pay for the entire combined purchase in ONE PayPal payment.

SALES TAX (State of OHIO only):

  • For parcels shipping to any OHIO address, the buyer must pay sales tax on the TOTAL SALE (including shipping & handling charges, as required per State of Ohio Tax Code). The tax is based on the destination ship-to county.
  • OHIO BUYERS: Please use the Request Total button to let seller know when you are finished shopping. Seller will then send invoice to buyer, including the appropriate Ohio sales tax for the destination ship-to county.

CUSTOMS:

  • For international transactions, seller will claim the actual value of item(s) sold, exclusive of shipping cost.
  • Requests for undervalued customs declarations will be denied. Customs forms cannot be marked as “Gift.”
  • Buyer is responsible for any duty levied in their destination country-of-receipt.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:
  • The item(s) in this auction is/are being sold as-is. Unfortunately, seller is unable to accept returns at this time.
