This little washer stands about 19" high at its highest point. It has the removable plastic cover lid and drain hose still attached on back for emptying the wash water out. Just add waster directly in the basket to fill line and turn on. The agitator will swish the water and small clothing items back and forth. If soap is added, it moves fast enough that it will swish sudsy water. The jet wash button works and a little stream of water shoots out of the small overhang into the basket.
