All of our items are listed with all of the identifying information we have about the item. If a listing does not have the Make, Model, Brand, or Part Number it is because we do not have that information. Unfortunately, due to the quantity we deal with we are unable to determine the compatibility of parts on an individual basis. 1. Our economy "Free Shipping Option" carrier is DHL Mail Innovations. This is a combined service from DHL and USPS and will be delivered via USPS. Typical delivery "on average" for this service is 4 to 5 business days. In some rare cases delivery can take up to 10 business days. If you are looking for a faster service, please choose one of the upgrades we offer.

2. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Domestic Items. However, we do offer expedited services at a very low price. International shipping prices are based on weight and destination.

3. If you purchase more than one item in the same day, we will do our best to ship the items together. We do not offer combined shipping discounts, as we ship based on weight alone.

4. At this time we can only offer Signature Confirmation on Express Mail packages.

5. Because eBay requires us to ship items to the address provided during checkout. We must cancel orders to  honor address change requests. All items will only be shipped to the address that was specified at check-out. If you need the item shipped to another address, we must cancel the order and you must check out again and specify the preferred address during checkout.

6. We do not offer local sales or local pickups. In order to meet eBay requirements all of our items must be processed and shipped through eBay.

7. If you elect Express Shipping, we will do our best to make sure it goes out in the same day.

All items are covered by a 30 day warranty. If your item should fail within 30 days of receiving it please contact us via eBay messaging and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

All items must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by us before being returned. If you would like to request an RMA please contact us through eBay's messaging system.

Our return policy covers DOA items and items "Not as Described" only. The buyer is responsible for ensuring all items purchased are compatible. A return will not be authorized for any item purchased that is not compatible or is no longer needed.

If an item is received DOA or "Not as Described" you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item to be authorized an RMA. All returned items must be received within 15 business days of receiving RMA instructions or a refund or replacement will not be authorized.

All returned items must be unaltered and in the same exact condition as received by the purchaser. All returned items will undergo an inspection to ensure the item is the same item sold and in the same condition sold. Items received in any other condition will not be refunded or replaced. Please package your return well as if it is received damaged we cannot refund your purchase.
