NOTE # 1: I always ship what I sell, however Post appears to lose some, about 2% and damage another 2% and this is outside of my control and responsibility.  Each specimen is unique and irreplaceable. Therefore I strongly suggest insurance on any valuable or hard to find specimen.

This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. While we always ship by Canada Post You can request the carrier of your choice.

Due to several fraudulent claims I do not combine multiple items by "small parcel" post outside of Canada any longer. Small parcels are insured up to $100 Canadian, but Canada post does not provide the Tracking number for "small packet post". That leaves the door open for fraud.

Large parcels over 2lb include the tracking and are insured at $2 per $100 of the item value up to a $1000 but this cost from $40 and up depending on the size and destination. This is going surface and takes 4 to 8 weeks to arrive.
