Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Orders are dispatched within one business day of receipt of cleared payment. The majority of UK orders are received within 3-4 business days and international orders within 10-15 business days. Q. What do I do if I have not received my order?
A. If you have not received your order after 8 business days (for UK orders) or 20** business days (for international orders), timed from receiving your dispatch notification please, initially check with your post office to ensure that they do not have the parcel. If they do not have it please contact us and our customer services team will be happy to investigate.
