We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Delta. You can also pay using Paypal and we also accept cheques and postal orders. Orders received with postal orders will be despatched immediately. Cheques will be subject to clearance with will take 3-5 working days.

If you select CREDIT CARD please note you must call between our opening hours of 09.10-17.40 on 0141 572 0104 and you MUST leave a note on your ebay checkout to say you will call or you can leave us your telephone number and we will call you!!

Problem With Delivery?
If your delivery is late to arrive or you feel there may be a problem please contact us on 0141 572 0104 or email tom@guitarstore.co.uk and we can check up. Remember folks we have to let the couriers do their job.

How Are Goods Shipped? We only use recognized quality couriers and all goods are shipped insured. If you are out when the courier calls to deliver they should leave a calling card. Please make contact with your local courier (see number on calling card).

If your ordering from abroad your product will be shipped via the best quote that we can obtain, When it leaves the UK it will be handed over to your local courier company. We are unable to specify who your local courier is, However, if you feel there is a problem please email us.

Please note a working day is NOT Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Zero Feedback - We reserve the right to cancel bids from people with less than five positive feedback, this is due to previous scams. People with less than five feedback should contact us first before bidding.

Payment - The Guitar Store is a UK VAT registered business which requires payment with order. This will take the form of a Credit Card, Paypal Payment, Cheque, Postal Order, Solo or Switch Card from this site. A VAT receipt will be provided with your completed order.

Guarantee - If you are not satisfied with the manufacturing quality of the product when received, we must be informed within seven days. We will advise the next course of action. Should you receive any item that you feel is faulty please contact us so we can arrange to have it returned. All NEW products sold carry a twelve month guarantee for parts and labour unless otherwise stated.

Specification - Every care is taken to describe goods as accurately as possible. Exact Colour Match cannot be guaranteed.
