  • TJC only accepts orders for delivery to UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Your order may be delivered by either Royal Mail or Courier depending on the products ordered.
  • UK orders are charged a flat rate of £2.95 per unit and FREE on orders over £40. Under Special FREE DELIVERY Promotion: From time to time, we may also offer a selection of products with free standard delivery.
  • Delivery to UK mainland addresses: Monday to Saturday generally 7.00am-6pm, excluding public holidays
  • In some instances you may be asked to sign for the order or provide ID and a signature. If you are out the courier may attempt to post the item through your letter box depending upon the package size and value. In that instance where a delivery requires a signature and you are not available the courier will leave a card with contact details for you to arrange a more suitable delivery time.
  • Any estimated date given for delivery is provided as an indication only and while every effort is made to deliver the order within stated times, we do not accept any liability for delivery for up to ten working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, our delivery company or any other third party. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

The Fine Print While our normal Standard Delivery time is 2 to 5 working days (after cleared payment), this is an estimated delivery date ? although we make every effort to have your items delivered within stated times, delays caused by our suppliers and the Royal Mail or courier services are not under our control, so we cannot accept any liability on delivery delays for up to 21 days from dispatch. This means we are not liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses that arise due to their failure to meet the estimated delivery date.

Stock Availability All orders are subject to stock availability. Where you have ordered several products and not all are in stock, we may send you the products which are available, then send the remainder of your order as soon as the items are back in stock.

If we've received payment from you for items that are out of stock and you do not want to wait for them to become available or are not interested in our offer of substitute goods, we will refund any money you're due within 7 days of receiving your go-ahead.

Returns Information

We know you will love your purchase from TJC, but just in case you are not entirely delighted with for any reason, simply follow the returns instructions provided when you received with your purchase. Just ensure that we receive it back to us within 30 days of the dispatch date to receive a full refund (including VAT).

Key things to remember to guarantee your refund:

  • The identification tag must not have been removed from the item.
  • The item must be returned in a clean, unused and unaltered condition and in its original packaging and with the authenticity card if supplied.
  • The only exceptions on refunding items are those that have been personalised to your specification, such as resized rings (done through us or another jeweller.
  • Earrings cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds made under this returns policy will not include either the original postage and packing charge or any return costs.
  • Refunds will be made within 30 days from receipt at our return address.
  • Refunds will be made to the original means of payment.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Ensure that the outer packaging for your return item is suitable to protect it while in transit to our return address.
  • If you return an item for refund that was part of a promotional offer, kindly return any free gift that was supplied as part of that promotion.

* Returns for Sale/Clearance items will be accepted within 14 days of your dispatch date.

We recommend you return your item via Royal Mail Special Delivery (or other similar tracked and insured delivery service) to ensure you have proof of postage and that your item is reassuringly covered during transit.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on beauty items that have been used or sampled.

Sorry, we can only accept payment via Paypal at this time. Any other mode of payment will not be accepted.

If your order has already entered our dispatch process at the time of your enquiry it might be too late to make any amendments to your order. If your order is sent and you wish to return, you may do so, in accordance with our returns policy.

Q1. How long after payment will you deliver my item?

5-7 Working Days if you are in the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Islands and Republic of Ireland may take further 2-3 working days. We offer a Fast Track UK mainland delivery service which offers a first attempted delivery within 2 working days of payment receipt. TJC only accepts orders for delivery to UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Q2. What happens if I am out?

We will deliver your items to the address provided by you. If available you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. If you are out, the courier may attempt to deliver your package through your letter box depending upon the package size and value, or they will leave a calling card with contact details for you to arrange a more suitable delivery time.

Q1. Can I return my order?

We know you will love your purchase from TJC but if you do not feel fully satisfied, for any reason whatsoever, simply follow the return instructions you will receive with your purchase, and send it back within 30 days of dispatch date to receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of goods that have been personalized to your specification such as resized rings, by us or any other jeweller.

Q3. How do I arrange a return?

Please use the eBay returns process to arrange a product return - if you need any additional help with a return, please just send us a message.

Send back your purchase in its as shipped condition within 30 days of Dispatch Date. This should include all packaging materials.

Fill out the returns form with the reason of return and enclose this with your return. If you return an item for refund that is part of a promotional offer please remember to return any free gift or promotional item that was supplied as part of the promotion.

Q4. Do I have to pay to return my order?

Yes, you will need to pay to return your order. We recommend to use Royal Mail Special Delivery (or any other similar tracked and insured delivery service). This way you have proof of postage and your item can be insured during transit. We will not be able to refund for any items returned that are damaged or lost in shipment.

Miscellaneous

Q1. If the ring does not fit can I get it re-sized?

Yes, that's not a problem. We offer specialised ring resizing at TJC. For fees and instructions on going about this, please contact our Customer Care team by simply sending them a message via my eBay.

When posting your ring for resizing, we recommend that you use Royal Mail or a similar insured service to ensure it is safely covered during transit.

Q4. What should I expect from an independent valuation for insurance?

Valuations on pieces from TJC should reflect the average cost you would have to pay to replace the item if it were lost or stolen. The valuation should reflect the cost to you of making an exact replica and therefore be for a piece that is identical in aspects such as carat weight, colour, clarity and cut.

Q3. How do I get my order independently valued?

To obtain a true value of your item, you need to contact an independent valuer who is trained in gemstone valuation. A comprehensive valuation would usually require a Jeweler to dismantle the item in order to calculate the carat weight and cuts of the gems that are not visible to the naked eye. (Please note, if your item is dismantled, you will invalidate your right to return the product).

Certain pieces of Jewellery we sell come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
