Shipping charges are non-negiotable and have increased effective May 2008. This is for ALL Priority Mail boxes as well as Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes and First Class Mail. Insurance costs have also increased! Shipping charges are what they are and are stated!!! Included in this shipping and handling/starting price of auctions may increase slightly as well as Ebay fees are on the increase.
