This is an antique pin cushion or half doll.  

She is dressed in green, pale green dress, with a deeper green sailor collar, and matching hat.  One hand on her head, the other at her waist.  Green velvet pin cushion skirt.  She measures 5 1/4" tall, 3" across the base. 

Doll is in very good condition, without damage, however there is a small hole in the skirt, and some spotting on the bottom. (Please see photos) If she is marked, I was unable to see it, as it would be below the skirt, and I didn't want to damage it.
