Vintage Leather Bolo Tie Hanger Commemorating Lewis Clark Bridge Williston ND.

About 6 1/2 by 8 3/4 inches, printed leather tie (bolo) holder commemorating the Lewis and Clark Bridge, built across the Missouri River at Williston, ND in 1927. (Note, this bridge was recently torn down and replaced with a newly built bridge at the same location). There is penciled handwriting on the back of the holder, but could not make it out.
