If your items are precious or the number of your items is large, we will send the parcel by USPS priority mail or USPS Express mail or FedEx which will overcharge about $10.
To guarantee we have time to find and provide excellent stones to all of you, we asked the warehouse to check, do well package, and send the parcel in time, they charge some handling fees.
For international buyers, we can also send it by First Class International; it takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. (Sometimes it may take more time, for the customs reason.) There are possibility the parcel will be not arrived.

Refund
