Payment
For Auctions & Best Offer: Payment is due within 7 days. Payment can be made anywhere within those 7 days, but please be aware that an automatic unpaid item case is opened on day 4 and automatically closes on day 8 if payment is not made. As long as payment is made within the 7 days, the unpaid item dispute will close without incident.
Shipping
US CUSTOMERS: Your items now ship from the US, every Wednesday. We find your items arrive more quickly with this method, as there are no delays at the border. Payments received by Tuesday 6:00pm EST, will be shipped, FROM THE US, on the Wednesday. Payments received after this time, will ship the following week from the US.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Canadian packages ship from Canada. We are not able to offer local pick-up.
EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: Many of our European deliveries are via direct parcel delivery companies rather than mail service. We need proper address details & a telephone # to get your package delivered to you. This includes all building/unit #'s necessary for direct door to door delivery.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: All international packages ship from the US every Wednesday as well. Your country may charge additional import taxes/VAT/customs tax/duties on this item. You are responsible for paying these costs.
Combined Shipping
US & CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Each additional item ships for $2.00 more.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: is weight based. Please contact us for a quote.
Any overpayment of combined shipping due to the immediate payment requirement, will be refunded to your Paypal account ASAP
Taxes
Canadian customers must pay all applicable taxes. We are a registered business. |
