Yurbuds earphones are currently dominating the running scene but have many other applications in which earphones tend to fall out of your ears on a regular basis, such as hiking, gardening and many other outdoor activities or just for general day to day life. These really do lock into your ears giving a comfortable and secure fit.
We will only deliver to confirmed ebay delivery addresses. If you have not changed your delivery address on your ebay account and it gets delivered to an old or wrong address then I'm afraid we will not be held responsible. If your complaint is sent in a polite and sensible manner then you may be surprised how much we will bend over backwards for you. Overseas orders please note, airmail usually takes 5 to 10 working days but to some places like Brazil, Korea and some other countries it can take up to 6 weeks. If you are not willing to wait that long please do not order. Please note: Unfair negative feedback may result in legal action being taken to have it removed. Do not see why our business should be slated because someone is grumpy and cannot be bothered to communicate with us. If its fair negative feedback and we have NOT done all we can to resolve the situation then we will humbly take our medicine. Returns. Please return to Hot Plant Company, 3 Great Grooms, Billingshurst, West Sussex, RH14 9BY. Postage charge for returned items is at buyers own cost unless damaged or faulty. Any items that arrive damaged must be signed as damaged and notified to us within 24 hours of receipt. You have the right to return any item for any reason within 14 days of receipt as long as non damaged or non faulty items are returned unused. The refund will only be for the items original cost excluding original postage charge unless damaged or faulty. Please notify us of any returns before returning otherwise it will end up sitting in a corner not being dealt with when it comes back.
