Delayed Orders
Uk Orders should arrive between 3 and 5 working days after notification of despatch of your purchase.
Unfortunately there are occasions when items can get delayed or lost within the postal system. If you have still not received your item after 7 working days please contact us at sales@steveshomestores.co.uk or tel 01246 291130 for further advice.
It is important to be aware that Royal Mail only considers an item to be lost after15 Working Days.
Returns Policy
Unwanted, Damaged and Faulty items
In the unlikely event your item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of the despatch date with details. On receipt of the returned item complete with original packaging or an image showing the damage emailed to sales@steveshomestores.co.uk , an exchange or full refund will be offered.
If the item was bought in error, contact us within 14 days of the despatch date with details. Upon receipt of the returned item with sealed original packaging, a refund of the purchase price only will be given. Buyer is responsible for return postage.
