    Delivery Information
    How Long Will It Take?
    Orders are normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days via Royal Mail.

    If you have chosen Express delivery from Monday - Thursday then it will be dispatched by courier if ordered before 1pm for delivery the next day.

    If ordered on a Friday before 1pm then it will be delivered on following Monday if it isn't a Bank holiday, the it will be delivered on the next working day.
    Returns
    Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
    If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 21 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re- saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.

    Damaged Items
    Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    Faulty Items
    In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.

    Items Received In Error
    If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.

    How to Return a Product
    Please send an email to: funcollectables.office@gmail.com or call our Customer Service Department on 01844 273719 for Returns Authorisation stating your Ebay order number and user ID.
    Payment
    We only accept payment via PayPal. Immediate payment is required, and your order will be processed and despatch as soon as full payment is received.
    FAQ
    Do you ship overseas?
    We do offer shipping overseas, but it can vary on specific products whether we are able to send them. If there is something you like and overseas shipping is not available you are more than welcome to contact us and we will give you a quote on how much it might be and if we are able to send it.

    How long will it take to answer my email?
    We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt (please allow a little longer if you email us over the weekend.)

    It's been over a week and my order's not been delivered. What should I do?
    As we process all orders within 24 hours of receipt the delay will most like be with the delivery service we have used. If the item has been sent with Royal Mail then we ask our customers if they would mind waiting 10 business days as sometimes the package can be delayed in the post. If it is over this then please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent or a refund if the item is no longer in stock.
    If the package has been sent with a courier the we are able to track the parcel and find out where it is, then arrange for the package to be redelivered at a more convenient time.

    What happens if I am out when my order is delivered?
    If you are out when delivery is attempted the couriers or postman should leave a card for you detailing the whereabouts of your parcel.
