We do not charge to send replacement items within the United Kingdom.

We work hard to source and provide quality items at great prices, with most of our items having a large discount off the standard retail price, which offers great value to our loyal customers and backed up by the knowledge that in the unlikely event that an issue arises, you can be assured that you will be looked after in a prompt and helpful way.

One of the great ways we help our customers to easily find the correct fitting products they want is by manually measuring all of our clothing items and clearly providing the accurate waist and chest measurements (in inches and centimetres) next to the size in all of our clothing product pages. Our customers have found this to be a great asset when buying from our online store and this has enabled us to maintain a 96% success rate for customers getting the correct sized item that fits them, which is well above the industry standard.

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to exchange (UK Only) or refund all items, including sale items, within 30 days of the original order receipt. However in the interests of hygiene we are not able to accept returns of underwear or swimwear unless they are in their original, unopened packaging or are faulty.

In all cases, the items returned must be in original new condition with all tags still attached and complete in their original item packaging. All goods will be inspected on return and any item found to be in unsuitable (washed, worn, dirty or altered) not new condition or with tags and or item packaging removed will be sent back to you.

Please enclose the original invoice with your return, this is your proof of purchase and will ensure your return is processed promptly. Also please state the reason for the return and if a refund or exchange (UK Only) is required. If you request an exchange (UK Only), please state the required size and colour of the replacement item, you will not be charged for delivery of your exchange item (UK Only).

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for International customers. If an exchange is required then please return your item for a refund and order your chosen replacement.

We recommend you return your order using the original packaging, ensuring that it is securely sealed and post with a reputable company such as Royal Mail. Please ensure that you retain your proof of postage. Unfortunately The Fashion House cannot be held liable for return postage (unless the item is faulty), customs duties or lost parcels.

It can take up to seven days (21 days for International customers) for your returns to reach us, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods promptly and usually within two working days to ensure you receive your refund or replacement item as quickly as possible.

To keep you informed, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of the returned items and that the refund or exchange (UK Only) has been completed. All refunds will automatically be issued via the payment method used to make the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 working days for your card issuer to process the refund and for it to show on your account. Please note: We do not offer free returns (except in the unlikely event that your item is faulty).

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase then please contact us by email, describing the issue and one of our customer service team will get back to you promptly during normal business hours. We value all of our customers and please be assured that we are here to help and we will do all we can to resolve any issues.

In the unlikely event that the item you have received is faulty or is the incorrect item, we will cover all reasonable postage costs for the return of the faulty item. An exchange will be arranged or a refund issued upon receipt of the faulty or incorrect item depending on your preference.

For lower priced items we may at our discretion request a picture of the faulty item. This may enable us to confirm the issue as described and negate the need to return the item, speeding up the resolution of the issue.

Please note: We must be notified by email of any missing or defective items within 7 days of receipt of your order.

We are not able to accept any returns after our advertised 30 day return period.

We are a mail order only business and all returns have to be returned to us by post or courier, as our premises are not set up or insured to accept returns in person. Unfortunately we do not have a physical retail shop and all purchases have to be made on our online store.

Do you have an item available in a different size?

All of our available items are listed for sale. You can check the available sizes for any product listing by clicking the size box and all the sizes that are available to purchase will be displayed in the drop down box. If the size you require is not shown or shown as out of stock, then unfortunately we do not have that size available.

Do you have an item available in a different colour?

All of our available items are listed for sale. You can check the available colours for any product by searching for the item in the search box within our online store and listing pages and all of the colours that are available to purchase will be displayed in the resulting search results. If the colour you require is not shown or shown as out of stock, then unfortunately we do not have that colour available.

What is the condition of the items?

All of our items are brand new and complete in the original manufacturers packaging and with swing tags attached, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Are your items genuine?

Certainly we can confirm that all of our items are 100% genuine.

Do you accept offers for your items?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept offers for our items. We price our items very competitively and they are all offered at the lowest possible price. Many of our items are offered at a discounted price and the savings are clearly shown in all of the product listings.

What is your returns policy?

We dispatch most items the same working day for orders received before 2 pm (GMT). Any items purchased after 2 pm (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day. Any orders placed on Friday after 2.00pm (GMT) will be dispatched on the following Monday or after any Bank Holidays.

Our standard delivery service costs usually takes between two and five working days.

UK Mainland Next Working Day Delivery

You must place your order before 2.00pm (Monday - Friday) for it to be delivered the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 2.00pm until Monday 2.00pm will be delivered on Tuesday.

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays), and someone will need to be in to sign for your delivery.

International Delivery

We deliver to the European Union, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand

There are no customs charges or import duties for deliveries to the European Union. Should your order be subject to customs or import duties in any other country, then, these will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and are the sole responsibility of the receiver of the parcel.

We recommend that you contact your local customs office to check potential charges before you order, so you’re not surprised with any unexpected charges.

We dispatch almost all items the same working day before 2 pm (GMT):

Any item purchased after 2.00 pm (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day. If an item is purchased after 2.00 pm (GMT) on a Friday, it will be dispatched on the first available working day, on Monday after the weekend and after any Bank Holidays.

We always combine the postage for multiple item orders where possible and this will either be automatically, calculated when completing checkout or a partial postage refund will automatically be issued after purchase.
