Sales and Returns Policies
We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part not including any shipping fees. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of the item received.
Clearance items cannot be returned. Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receipt. Items returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, warranty cards, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging.
Returned merchandise must be received from the customer with our RMA before we further process and ship out any replacement.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we will ship out a replacement for free and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees. If you have any questions regarding this policy please email or call us. Thank You.
