Shipping Policy

All shipping costs should be included insurance. This way the buyer is alway protected against lost or stolen items. Item will be shipped out within 1-3 days unless otherwise noted.

We will ship to unconfirmed adresses but remember that we are not responsible for any los If you haven’t confirmed your address it is a very easy process through Paypal. Take the 5 minutes it takes and get your address confirmed. Your item will not come with a tracking number unless it is USPS Priotity and Global Express Mail.

We have a delivery confirmation # on file so if your item is not delivered we can find out what happened. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks to receive your product through USPS Priority mail though typically it takes 2-5 days.

Sales and Returns Policies

We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part not including any shipping fees. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of the item received.

Clearance items cannot be returned. Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receipt. Items returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, warranty cards, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging.

Returned merchandise must be received from the customer with our RMA before we further process and ship out any replacement.
