This is a vintage womens 2-piece pants suit by Von Phreak.  The pants have apleated front and a wide, straight leg with cuff at the bottom, size 1.  The jacket is cropped length with 5 buttons down the front and padded shoulders, size 2.  The color is a dark khaki green.  Measurements are as follows:

Inseam:  27.5"
Hips:  40"
Rise:  14"
Bust:  40"
Sleeve length:  23.5"
Length from shoulder to bottom of jacket:  19.5"
