RETURN POLICY

We guarantee that this item will be in the condition stated above upon receipt.  We offer a 14 day return policy in the event the item is not received as described.  All returns must  be authorized.  Items must be the original condition and be approved/received  within specified timeframe.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you would like to contact us for  ANY reason,  including a return, please do so by clicking "Ask Seller A Question" or "Contact Seller" and  choose "I have a  question about using my item or I want to send the seller a message" ... Please do not choose  the other options, as those messages go in a different queue so we are  not able to help you as quickly.  :)

The flat rate listed is for delivery to the continental US only.  Our goal is to ship your item within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared, freight items may take 2-3 business days.  For your  and our safety, if you pay with Paypal we only ship to the confirmed Paypal address (AKA billing address).

Let's hope this does not occur, however in  the event that an item is damaged during transit, buyer must notate  that with the driver before signing for the package, keep the box and all  packaging materials and contact us  within 2 business days of receipt of item. 

Local Buyers may pick up items Mon - Fri between 9:00am and 4:00pm.  The shipping charge will be waived if the item is picked up from our facility.  All Utah buyers will be charged the local sales tax.  We do not accept shipping on third party and/or buyer's accounts, unless otherwise specified.

Payment must be received within 2 days after  the auction ends. If you are paying via Paypal, we ship to your confirmed address  only.  Local buyers may contact us for payment methods to pay on pickup.

As you can see from our rating we value our customers and  our feedback!  We strive to describe the item in detail and take multiple  pictures, which can be enlarged.  With this, we rarely have an issue with  an item sent, however mistakes may happen.  But we do not know unless  you communicate with us.
