Product Warranty / Guarantee
  • All products carry a 30-days warranty. Item that suffers from manufacturing fault during this period can be exchanged / replaced. Any fault arising from usage will not be exchanged / replaced. After the 30 days period, any exchange is subject to our discretion.
  • If the item is broken or damaged on arrival, please report it to us immediately. If you take longer time to report the physically broken item, we may draw a conclusion that the item is broken during usage.
Postage & Packaging Cost
  • P&P cost includes stamps, envelope, other packaging materials, packaging work, handling fees, and other associated costs relating to the sending out of the item to you.

Delivery Address

  • Please make sure you have  provided us with the correct and full address.
  • Please do not send separate  email asking us to send the item to a different address than that shown at eBay/Paypal system. We will not entertain it.
  • If you want us to send the  item to a different address, please change the address at eBay and  Paypal manually yourself.
  • RECOMMENDATION: We recommend that you double check your delivery address before and after payment and make sure it's full and correct. This is because we occasionally receive complaint from buyer about missing postcode number or missing house number or missing street name.
