TROUBLESHOOTING

ERROR MESSAGE - "Not Recognized", "Cartridge is Missing/Damaged","Incompatible/Unsupported Cartridge Installed"
If you see one of the above error messages, remove the problem cartridge from its cradle inside the printer, and double check the copper strip is intact. Then, take a PENCIL ERASER, and firmly eraser over the contacts, then gently brush away any debris. Re-install the cartridge into the printer. If the problem persists, reset your printer by:
1. Turn off computer AND printer with cartridges installed
2. Unplug printer and leave everything off for 2 minutes
3. Restart printer AND computer and attempt to print again.
If the problems continue, please contact us for a replacement.

POOR PRINT QUALITY
If the print quality is inadequate, please run a cleaning cycle. For instructions on how to do this, please consult your printer's user manual. Once one cycle completes, your printer will print a test page. If you are NOT satisfied, please follow these instructions to make sure the printhead nozzles are not clogged with dry ink:
1. Take a lint free towel (i.e. coffee filter) and fold it in half.
2. Remove the cartridge from the printer, locate the printhead (on the bottom side of the cartridge), hold the cartridge with printhead facing downward and press it to the coffee filter for 3 seconds.
3. Lift the cartridge up - you should see an ink blot on the coffee filter.
4. Reinstall the cartridge and attempt to print.
If the problem persists, please contact us for a replacement.

RETURN POLICY

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #).

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payments via PayPal. Orders paid for by eCheck will NOT be shipped until payment has cleared (can take up to 8-15 business days).

We are required, by law, to charge 9.0% sales tax on orders shipped within California. This rate is in accordance with the California State Board of Equalization's current rate for Los Angeles County.

SHIPPING POLICY

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is offered on all orders.
We only ship to the 48 contingent US states, as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

At this time, we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses or fulfill international orders. Other shipping methods are available for an additional cost. Detailed information regarding shipping options and their rates can be found under the “Shipping and Payments” tab on each listing.

Once payment has cleared, orders are generally processed within 24 hours (except weekends and major holidays) and sent via USPS First Class Mail (depending on the total weight and/or value of an order we may also ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground).

Orders received after 1:30PM PST on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday morning. Once shipped, tracking information will become available and be sent via an e-mail notification.
